state-of-art in-house facilities for manufacturing which include: CNC Machine
Shop, Quality Control, Design, Training, Assembly, Paint Shop, Standard Room
etc. Design department of HI-LIFE is equipped with latest 3D CAD/CAM software
(CREO Licensed) and the company is managed on latest ERP softwares.
Standard
Room is equipped with CNC Roundess Testing Machine, Surface Roughness Tester,
Digital Height Gauge & other Digital Measuring Instruments.
Machine
Shop is equipped with latest CNC VMC, CNC Grinding Machine, CNC Turning
Machine, Planning Machine, Centralized Compressor etc.
We have
more than 2000 satisfied customersworld wide. Machines are available with CE
mark on request. We keep a ready stock of toolings, spares & accessories.
